A daily driver allowance is a standard industry charge that covers the chauffeur's food and basic daily expenses during the trip. If your outstation trip requires the driver to drive or stay overnight between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional night halt charge is applied to compensate them.
How much luggage can your vehicles carry?
Sedans (Dzire, Etios) can hold 2-3 medium bags. SUVs (Innova, Ertiga) can comfortably hold 3-4 bags depending on occupancy. Our Tempo Travellers have dedicated boot spaces and can hold 8-12 medium bags without compromising the passenger seating area. If you have excessive luggage, please inform us during booking so we can arrange a roof carrier.
Is the Air Conditioning (AC) allowed to run in hill stations?
For passenger safety and optimal engine performance on steep mountain inclines, the vehicle's AC is temporarily turned off while driving uphill in hilly terrains like Mount Abu or Saputara. Once on flat terrain, the AC will be turned back on.
How do you ensure the safety and hygiene of your rental vehicles?
Your safety is our priority. Every rental car, bus, and Tempo Traveller undergoes a rigorous deep-cleaning and sanitization process before dispatch. Furthermore, our drivers are strictly background-verified, highly trained, and well-rested for long outstation journeys. All vehicles are equipped with first-aid kits.

While our vehicles undergo regular preventative maintenance, unexpected mechanical issues can rarely occur. In the event of a breakdown, our 24/7 support team will immediately dispatch a replacement vehicle of the same or similar category to your location to ensure your trip continues with minimal delay.
Are pets allowed in the rental vehicles?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pickup time are typically eligible for a full refund of the advance deposit. Cancellations made closer to the trip time may incur a deduction to cover the vehicle holding costs. Please ask our executive for the specific cancellation terms when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
